It is mild, windy and rainy. The last remaining snow has not much of a chance after this. We will add new lakes, pond and puddles, maybe, even in the neighbors’ garden. The river was covered in ice on Sunday with a few small open holes. By Monday the wide river was ice free. Spring is catching up rapidly.
The garden is soggy and squishy. There is not a single green anything yet. Tomorrow, the sun and the blue sky are back, but today it might be time for a hearty meal, like spaghetti and meatballs (by Donna Hay).
